Even with the restraing order….congratulations!

June 8th, 2005

Dearest Haje,

I know the restraining order forbids any form of communication with you, but I just couldn’t resist congratulating you on your upcoming nuptuals. Your happiness is much more important than my freedom. What’s a few more days in the slammer for you my dear.

Apologies

June 6th, 2005

Katheryn -

I got your wedding invitation yesterday. I was going to say “Sorry it’s been so long,” but I’m not sorry, really. Crucially, I don’t think you are either, and that’s the crux of the matter, isn’t it?

Sorry can’t go, my ex needs me.

June 6th, 2005

Kate!

We haven’t spoken in months! It’s great that you’re getting married, I’m really happy for you. I wish I had the luck you have with men. I can’t believe how bad things have turned out. I was telling you about my latest disaster last time we spoke but your phone must have died or something, I tried calling back but it went to message bank.

Insufferable in Leatherette

June 1st, 2005

Terribly sorry to have responded so late. Just had a word with my solititor and it seems that you are correct. Let me say in conclusion, you couldn’t have called at a better time. On the outside it looks perfectly benign. It when you move past the crusty pustules that you get to the heart of the matter. Ha, no pun intended.

The Chihuahua, Prada and Compazine Incident

May 31st, 2005

My dearest darlings, Kate and Haje,

It’s so exciting that youre finally tying-the-knot! I knew you were meant for each other after the scandal with the custard, the absinthe and the miniature schnauzer. Any couple that can grow stronger after such a harrowing, paparazzi-ridden experience is meant to be together. You know what they say, what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. Gosh, you two sure proved that old saw.

The wedding that never was

May 30th, 2005

As Katheryn knows I have become heavily involved in the mysticysim of the far east of late. It has opened up stunning vistas of thought, imagingation and knowing. I have become as one with the cosmic vibrations. If one is finely enough tuned to the universal energy of thought you can actually read some of the future happenings of our current world.

I’m totally there!

May 29th, 2005

Dear Kate and Haaj,

So you guys are tying the knot, eh? Good for you. I’m not really the marrying kind, myself, but I do love weddings. The tears, the dancing, the drinking. We’re going to have such a great time! I can’t hardly wait.

You already have your wedding present

May 29th, 2005

Dearest Kate and Haje:

It has been some time since we have seen one another, so you can imagine my surprise when I opened my mailbox and discovered, of all things, your wedding invitation. I offer you my heartfelt congratulations on your happy, if unlikely, union.

Dear Friends of my Esteemed Family,

May 29th, 2005

I lugubriously regret to inform you that my glorious family line may not be present (that is to say, in a material sense) at your nuptials. So sad, so sad.
